Filming movies is exhausting. Time for sleep now. One last scheduled day of shooting is tomorrow(technically later today). Good night.
Looooong day of shooting. Now to sit back and relax with a nice hot cup of tea.
Met up with some of the crew I’ll be working with next week. So far, so good. They seem like friendly enough folk. Also, they are organized. Preproduction FTW.

Big thanks to Arissa. I looked up rigid collodion an can’t believe I don’t already have it in my kit. Now I just have to locate it since the Norcosto by me doesn’t carry it. Also, I’ll be using both tip for the blood as it has to be on skin and clothing.

SFX makeup tips needed
Next week I will be working on a short film for someone that requires a little bit of SFX makeup work. In addition to what I already know how to do, There are some effects I’m unsure of. I need to create “Dried cracked lips” on someone as well as making some dried blood. Since standard fake blood doesn’t dry like real blood, Im unsure how to make this look convincing. ...
